• Online entries close Wed 28th Feb at 12noon.
• All entries are confirmed by e-mail.
• Entries prior to November 1st attract the "Early Bird" fees.
• Entries between November 2nd and February 12th attract the "Normal" Entry Fees.
• Entries after February 12th incur the "Late" fees.
• Group/Corporate discounts for 5 or more entries are available... Enquire Here.
• Entrants must Collect Their Race Pack and Read All Race Info.

Withdrawals & Changes

• Withdrawals by February 12th will be refunded, minus a $15 administration fee.
• Absolutely no refunds after February 12th.
• Changes to your entry can be made by email until 12noon, Wed 28th February.
• Changes only incur a charge if that change is a more expensive event.
• If the event is cancelled or postponed due to extreme weather or other happenings outside of the organisers control, entry fees are not refundable.
